Except otherwise noted, PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. can only fulfill orders for delivery within the Italian territory.
PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. accepts Customer orders for the quantity of the existing stock required products. Therefore, the delivery of the products indicated in the purchase is subjected to stock availability of those products. PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. must promptly notify the Customer about any unforeseen breakdown in stock due to excess demand or other causes.
PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. delivers the products to the address specified by the Customer on schedule in the despatch details by courier or in any case within 30 (thirty) days after the conclusion of the Contract. No responsibility can be attributed to PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. in case of delay or in case of failure or default of the delivery courier.
The delivery costs are borne by the recipient and shown explicitly at the time of order, subject to any promotional activities that include delivery at the expense of PLB Cosmetici S.A.S.
These promotional initiatives will be listed on the site and exemplified clearly depending on the current promotion from time to time. The payment of the goods will be using the method chosen when ordering. Nothingmore is due by the Customer in total order.
The delivery of the goods are considered “the road plan” unless additional indications, such as:
– otherwise notified at the time of order completion;
– any manner provided in the data sheet of the product;
– the explicit purchase delivery to the floor, where required.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is invited to check:
- a) that the number of packages actually delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document;
- b) that the packaging of packages is intact in all its parts, not damaged or compromised by atmospheric events or otherwise altered.
Important: the possible detection of damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately notified in writing of control reserves (by specifying the reason for the reserve, eg. “Flushed packaging “,” packaging crushed “, etc.) on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the document, the Customer can not make any objection about the appearance of what was delivered. Any problem concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days from delivery, in the manner provided herein.
FAILURE TO RETREAT
If the Customer doesn’t collect within 5 working days in storage, the order will be sent back at the warehouses of PLB Cosmetici S.A.S.
Agreements will be taken for the new evasion and the related additional costs.
