Unless otherwise indicated, PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. can only process orders with delivery within the Italian territory.

PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. accepts the orders of the customer within the limits of the quantity of the requested products existing in stock. Therefore, the delivery of the products indicated in the purchase proposal submitted by the customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. undertakes to promptly inform the Customer of any unforeseeable stock depletion due to excess demand or other causes.

PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. delivers the products to the address indicated by the Customer within the timeframe provided by the shipping details by courier or in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the Contract. No liability can be attributed to PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. in case of delay in the fulfillment of the order or in the delivery of the order in case of deficiencies or defaults by the courier.

The delivery costs are charged to the recipient and highlighted explicitly at the time of placing the order, without prejudice to any promotional initiatives that provide for delivery with expenses charged to PLB Cosmetici S.A.S. . These promotional initiatives, if present, will be reported on the site and clearly exemplified in the manner according to the promotion in progress from time to time. The payment of the goods by the customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of the order. Nothing is due more by the customer than the total order.

The delivery of the goods means “on the street” unless further indications, such as:

– different communication when finishing the order
– any rules laid down in the product data sheet
– the explicit purchase of the delivery to the plan, if any

At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is invited and in any case required to check:
a) that the number of packages actually delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;
b) that the packaging of the packages is intact in all its parts, not damaged, not compromised by atmospheric events or otherwise altered.

Important. any evidence of damage to the packaging and/or product or the lack of correspondence of the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested, subject to written control (specifying the reason for the reservation, e.g. “packed”, “packed”, etc.) on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to contest the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in the manner provided in this document.

In the event of failure to collect within 5 working days of the material in stock at the warehouses of the courier due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, The order will be returned to the warehouses of PLB Cosmetics S.A.S. Agreements will be made for the new evasion and the related additional shipping costs.
